1. Why is the inner hot water tank easy to rust?
The inner hot water tank of Tengfei's water boiler is made of SUS304 stainless steel. It won't rust or leak if the water quality is good.
However, if the water quality is not so good, that is to say, it contains too much chlorine. Then, the chlorine will rust the stainless steel when the water boils (when the temperature is 100 centigrade and the water is mixed with steam). Therefore, in some places, water cleaning equipment is needed to filter the water if the water quality is not so good.
2. Will the frame of the water boiler rust?
The frame of Tengfei's water boiler is made of SUS304 stainless steel. It is shining and easy to clean, not easy to rust. While frame of water boiler made by some other factories is mostly made of 201 or 202 stainless steel, which is bad in rust-proof, so it starts to rust after 1-2 years.
3. Why is K2 series water boiler energy saving?
Compared with normal water boiler, K2 series of Tengfei's water boiler doesn't need to heat up the whole tank of water before we get hot water. It heat up the water layer by layer, so that people can get hot water when one layer of water is heat up. Thus, it saves electricity. At the same time, it has timing switch to make it stop working after work and in holidays. It saves much electricity too.
4. Is it the temperature of out-water that the K2 water boiler shows? Is it drinkable when it shows that the temperature drops?
The temperature that the water boiler of Tengfei shows is out-water
temperature which is 96～99℃. The temperature precision is ±1℃. It is drinkable when it shows the temperature drops.
5. How can the user know why the water boiler fails to work? What pre-alarm functions do K2 and H3 water boilers have?
K2 and H3 series of water boilers test themselves when they open.
Also, they have the function of pre-alarm. That is to say, you can know what's wrong according to the Error Code List.
Work failure and Error Code of K2 series:
No supply of boiled water, digital tube lights----Please check the power supply, three-phase power supply and connection of electric wires.
It can't keep showing the temperature and time when it is closed-----The battery inside has no electricity after long-time of use. It will work well after 1-2 days of charging.
It is too slow to heat up water----The filter mesh of the water entrance is jammed.
E0----No initialization is set.
E1----Error of time setting, time for closing is longer than that for opening.
E2----Check the research of water level to see if there is furring, mis-contact or short circuit.
E3----Disfunction of temperature control parts.
E4----Water-in time exceeds. Please check to make sure that the water valve is opened and the water entrance filter mesh is not jammed.
E5----Alarm of temperature exceeding.

6. How does the K2 series water boiler control the status of water boiling?
It has water level electric tester and high precision electric temperature sensor to get signal of water level and temperature. After treatment with micro-computer, it will take good control of switching of the water heat tube and electromagnetic valve to make the water boil layer by layer.
7. What should we do when the research of water lever and temperature of K2 or H3 fail to work?
Usually, it won't have any problem. If it happens, you just need to close the power supply and open the water tank and clean the research with sand paper.
